Asthma Review

If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms please complete our online asthma review form.

COPD Assessment

If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a COPD assessment please complete our online COPD assessment form.

Diabetes Review

Diabetes should be reviewed annually to monitor progress and ensure the best treatment is being given. Please request an appointment through our consulting room with the practice nurse.

Chronic Heart Disease Review

Chronic heart disease should be reviewed annually to monitor progress and ensure the best treatment is being given. Please request an appointment through our consulting room with the practice nurse.

Clinical Pharmacist

We now have a clinical pharmacist attached to the practice. Clinical pharmacists are highly qualified health professionals who train for many years to become specialists in medicines and how they work.

We have phlebotomy clinics for blood tests on various days across the week.

Well Woman and Family Planning

Please request an appointment with the practice nurse for cervical smears. Family planning and contraception advice can be given by the doctors. If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review please complete our online contraceptive pill review form. Any requests regarding coils or implants, please ask reception.
