If possible please call the surgery before 10:00 if you require a home visit.

The receptionist will ask you for details about your reason for a home visit and the doctor or nurse may phone you back if your problem can be dealt with over the phone.

Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability as several patients can be dealt with in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the medical practice than in patients’ homes.
