Improved Access to GP Appointments

GP appointments are now available during the evening and at weekends for patients registered at the practice. These improved access appointments will be held at Caterham Dene Hospital.

To find out more about Caterham Dene Hospital please visit www.surreyandsussex.nhs.uk/caterham-dene-hospital. The hub provides both routine and urgent appointments

How to Request a Hub Appointment

Appointments can only be requested by telephoning the GP practice first.

Patients attending the hub will be treated by a range of experienced clinicians, ensuring that patients are treated by the most appropriate person, in the right place and at the right time.

Please note: This service is not appropriate for the follow up of existing conditions.

Caterham Dene still offers a nurse led walk in service for minor injuries and illnesses.

Your Information

GPs working at the new hubs will be able to access patients’ medical records if the patient is happy to share their information in this way. You can decline for your information to be shared in this way and will be asked before any of your information is shared.

These appointments are funded by NHS East Surrey CCG and delivered by Alliance for Better Care Ltd, the local GP federation.
