We are pleased to inform our patients that we are doubling the size of Whyteleafe Surgery premises. This will provide much needed space and benefit our patients, staff and improve services.
As there will be extensive building works we will need to vacate the premises and provide all the services off-site for approximately 6-8 months from 12th April this year.
As many patients will be aware, Whyteleafe Surgery merged with the SWC Medical Group in 2019. This means that we can continue to provide the full range of services at Warlingham Green Medical Practice and Chaldon Road Surgery during the building work.
We appreciate that this will inconvenience some patients but this is necessary to ensure that Whyteleafe continues to have a local surgery in the long term.
While we are having to work remotely due to the pandemic, this is the best time to undertake the surgery improvements and minimise the impact on our patients.
We will continue to provide all the current services, most will be available at both Warlingham Green Medical Practice and Chaldon Road Surgery but a few will be limited to only one of the sites.
The surgery phone number will remain the same, post will be redirected temporarily to Warlingham Green Medical Practice. The website will remain the same.
If you have any questions please see the FAQ’s below or contact the surgery.
Why do we need to expand the surgery?
The surgery was built in 1989 and since then our patient population has increased substantially and we also provide an increased range of services and have more professional groups working here.

Who will be based at which site?
Doctors. Doctors will be split between the Warlingham Green and Chaldon Road sites. However, in the first instance, appointments are by telephone, so unless you end up requiring a face to face appointment it may not matter from which site the doctor is calling you from.

Dr M Asharia, Dr A Raveendran, Dr A Abubaker, and Dr V Luxman will be based at Warlingham Green
